Jain Society of Northern Virginia (JSNoVa) is a religious, educational, and social organization. JSNoVa was established in May 2017 to broadly promote profound philosophies and principles of Jainism in North America.
We also conduct Jain Pathshala for school-age children. The Jain Pathshala's curriculum is geared towards widespread application of the three fundamental doctrines of Jainism — Ahimsa, Aparigraha, and Anekantavada — in our day-to-day life.
We welcome people interested in Jain philosophies and passionate about the Jain Way of Life. We look forward to celebrating auspicious Jain events, festivals, and conducting seminars by prominent Jain scholars.
JS of NOVA inspires ethical and spiritual development through learning and practicing Principles of Jainism.
The Jain Society of Northern Virginia Board of Trustees is composed of dedicated individuals who have come together to create the best Pathshala for all member families. As directors of a non-profit, we are responsible for educating the next generation of Jains and for creating new knowledge.
